The booking is accepted after return of this application form ( dated and signed ) with payment for
25% of the total amount.
The tenant is due to pay the rental charge :
* 50% of the total amount must be paid 60 days before the beginning of the stay.
* The balance sale ( 25% of the total amount ) will be paid at the arrival.
Late booking : for any reservation made within 30 days of the arrival date , the booking will only
become effective on receipt of 75% of the total amount. The last 25% will be paid at the arrival.
CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation must be made by registered letter.
The tenant can cancel his booking within 7 days after the date of his agreement ( date written on the booking application).
In case of non-payment of 50% of the rent's total amount 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the booking will be cancelled and the accomodation will be rented again.
After 24h , unless the tenant gave warning about his delay , the booking will be cancelled and the accomodation will be rented again.
In the last two cases, the amount paid will not be reimbursed.
